Helping our heroes

During this global pandemic, Advanced2000, a local computer repair store, is waiving the repair fee for first responders and healthcare workers. Local heroes include nurses, doctors, hospital workers, firefighters, nursing home personnel, EMTs and police officers with a valid ID badge. The free repair offer will go through June 15, 2020.

Those needing their desktop computer or laptop repaired can bring it in person at our office located at 5200 Eisenhower Ave, Alexandria, VA 22304 or you can schedule a pick-up by calling 7033707520.

In addition to following CDC recommendations and federal, state, and local guidance, Advanced2000 has provided detailed public health guidelines to all of its employees, which include increased hand-washing frequency, increased cleaning of workspaces and high-touch surfaces, minimal person-to-person contact by wearing gloves when handling devices and wearing mask coverings as well as thorough sanitation of all devices upon receipt and return.

At Advanced2000, we understand that together we can get through this. We’re grateful to honor those serving on the frontlines of this crisis. We know that a broken computer is more than just an inconvenience right now, and it’s our privilege to do what we can to help first responders and healthcare heroes stay connected to who and what matters most during this time.
